I applied and got an email that same day, we set up a phone call for the next day to discuss the position. When I called at the set time he was busy and basically said this is the job, have any questions?! Then got off the phone rapidly. Called back asked me more questions and discussed with his boss a salary for the position. Then said he felt great about my resume and my skills and plans to send my resume to his boss. Also to shoot him an email about us talking. I did. And the response (a minute or two after the call) “sorry we have decided to move on with other applicants”. Truly a poor unprofessional experience. A joke.
