Applied online, had an initial screen with a recruiter. it went very well she said she would pass my resume to the hiring manager and asked to interview same day. Emails me saying the hiring manager isn't available today and will let me know next week about availability. Never got back to me. I emailed her asking for an update and still didn't get back to me. Don't ghost your potential candidates it's very unprofessional.
