Your past projects should reflect extraneous work, this is the culture at Epic. To add more to your reviews, you are right on Epic using outdated method. Well ProctorU isn't a bad thing, it's convenient/cheaper to host an interview like this. From my understanding, doing good in ProctorU test is enough to get hired assuming the soft skills matches up. However, don't feel bad as Epic isn't really looking to hire too many people. These interviews are to show they are active in hiring process although the final hire count is very low.
