The first step in the process was a phone call. They asked simple questions about myself and my experience. In the second step, there was an in-person interview. This interview lasted 30 minutes and they asked more questions about myself.
Very easy and straightforward however slow. Once I got a call decision was made fairly quickly. One thing I do not like however is they never keep you updated in the process.
