I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Temple University in Feb 2024
Interview
First an online interview. Then an on campus interview and teaching demo. I received a lot of support from the department and the search committee. The initial interview was quite rapid fire - you have to be extremely prepared. Stay student focussed in your replies. The campus visit was welcoming and more casual. But everything discussed - even during meals - is part of the interview process. So remember that! Be yourself, be genuine but know what subjects you want to avoid speaking about.
