it was a good interview, everything was explained good in the interview, they explained to me there research what they want to work on and how it will benefits others, Did two interviews one with the PI and one with the Lab manager.

Met directly with hiring manager of laboratory, discussed goals in science and previous experience. I had the skills needed so we started talking about the project at hand. It really was a simple interview, but this may vary among labs as every PI is their own hiring manager.
