Interview
Absolutely terrible. Not worth the time spent and I can’t imagine working for an organization with this much lack of planning. You are much better off not wasting your valuable time.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Tenaris (Houston, TX) in May 2015
Interview
Two main phases. First is an online interview where you are asked a series of question and you are video taped over your laptop or tablet. There are 8 questions asked by 8 people and you have 2 minis to answer as you are recorded. Minimize your face as seeing yourself answer the questions can be off putting.
Second Phase is 4 solid hours of interviews on site. HR manager, Manager 1, 2, 3, and Finally the CIO. First 4 were not bad as the managers are very open and honest about what they expect and ask very pertinent questions. However at the end of the day only the CIO matters, and he will decide the yes or no over the other team members full consideration.
