HR was very pleasant. I did a phone interview. Two weeks later an in person interview was scheduled and i had to complete an online numerical test before attending the interview. The online test was very reasonable (you can google numerical practice tests - although they are a lot harder, they're good practice). The in person interview was very relaxed and everyone in the office was polite and welcoming.
