The interview process was fairly short and straight forward. I had applied once prior to being asked to report to our local Workforce Commission to take the skills aptitude test. I felt I did pretty well, nothing too terribly difficult. I was contacted about 2 weeks later, so much time had passed that I thought I wasn't going to be selected as a candidate. I came in for the interview and was told that I had scored very well on the test and that they wanted to extend an offer of employment to me.
