Duro en total 3 meses el proceso, los 3 test de matematica, logica y comprension de textos, luego 2 entrevistas pregrabadas, 1 de ellas ingles con 4 preguntas en ingles. Luego de ahi es para postularte a las ofertas de trainee. Luego de eso si postulas a una tenes un test de personalidad y luego entrevista virtual con el encargado del sector

a first online assessment, then online interview (ten recorded answer), then online psychological assessment( a lot of multiple choices question within 30/40 min), two in person interview (both of them technical with two different figures)

the process was so long, it took 3 interview rounds, one of them was a group interview and it was terrible to be honest. they ended up ghosting me and didn’t even enail me back after i asked about the interview results.
