2 HR calling from Italy (one talking, the other one no), 2 Manager ( one was late for 20 minutes and made me repeat self introduction) and one senior from luxembourg. The HR asked me my age. Big red flag. The interview was easy, the managers keep asking me if I have accounting experience and any knowledge of SAP while it's clear stated on the CV that I'm no accountant. Most ridiculous, they asked me if I speak Spanish while I have 0 trace of Spanish skill on the CV nor living experience in Spanish speaking country. They come off like they just asked what interest them and never read my CV. The application was weird too, you have to go through some outdated behavior test and intelligence test, great waste of one hour. Until now they ghosted me after interview.
