Was a really long time ago. Interview with HR and some staff members of department I was interested in. Basic questions, basic answers with HR extolling all the wonderful reasons to become part of the team. Salary originally offered was ridiculously low.

Question 1
Why do you want to work here? What can you bring to our department/hospital, nothing out of the ordinary. I understand that currently you are interviewed by "peers" and asked scenario questions, and asked to answer scenario/personality questions on a computer.
Very straight forward, clear and concise questions and expectations from managers, very comforting feel from staff, went in nervous came out feeling positive about the process and how it went.

Asked good questions and very easy going. Went over expectations, the mentor process as well. Nervous at first but everyone made me feel at ease and part of the team right away.
Very easy going and relaxed. Down to earth RN supervisor that was welcoming and kind. I was given tour of department and introduced to staff. The supervisor was very informative and honest about what to expect when working in department.
