Interview
Started with a short questionnaire conducted over Skype. Then followed up a few weeks later with a one on one interview with the company recruiter. After another week I was interviewed by both the VP the position reported to as well another VP that the position worked with. The questionnaire and the recruiter were both laid back and informal. The interview with the VP's was a formal interview.

First is a basic HR round. After which there are 2 to 3 rounds with the hiring group.
First will be with Manager and one with director over professional services.
