If you took the interview, you get the job. No overall difficulty and they are willing to take on all applicants. Standard "explain your previous role"....Overpromised, Underdelivered across all levels of management and departments, and never really had a planned out vision or roadmap for the company overall.
A very comprehensive interview! I also learned a lot about the position and the opportunity. No weird what if this, what if that questions, just a great conversation. Am going to give this a go!
