The interview was laid back and very chill. I did have to go to another city for the interview. I also had applied for a job and the job offered was not the job I applied for which was fine but weird.
Conducted by department manager. Very inviting and easy to talk to, felt like having a normal conversation. Good communication about second and third round interviews, and quick turnaround time. They want to make you feel a part of the company from day one.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Terracon (Tustin, CA) in Jan 2018
Interview
This is a three to one interview with the office manager, the environmental department manager, and a senior environmental scientist. The process is relaxing with each of them coming up with questions from different aspects including driving, writing, hobbies, backgrounds, etc. Two weeks after the on-site interview, I was invited to a lunch with the senior environmental scientist to chat in a more relaxing situation.
