Question 1
What's something you've accomplished and can you walk me through how you achieved that goal and what you learned from the experience?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Terumo (Somerset, NJ) in May 2017
Interview
The interview process left me put off. I did a total of three interviews - 2 phone interviews and 1 in person interview. Every single interview I participated in was rescheduled the day before or the day of the interview to a either different time that day or different day altogether. In addition to to this, the communications I had with the recruiter were not straight forward. Upon reaching out about the status of my application I was told they were completing the remaining candidate interviews and the future status would be communicated - which it was not. Despite the lack of an offer, the overall recruitment and interview process did not leave me with a good impression of their overall organization methods within the company and would make me question any future interest in employment with Terumo.
