How do you manage working in small/growing company?
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Terumo in Jul 2022
Interview
My interview was for a position in Cartago, Costa Rica site and it was the worst interview I ever had. The interviewers were 10 minutes late, never really offered an apology. The lady senior QE had a really bad attitude. Afterwards, I was contacted 2 weeks later by the same HR recruiter asking me if I was interviewed by them and who was the HR representative...to which I answered herself... It was embarrassing and disrespectful. Not a company that could be taken seriously.
