Not sure if it is just me but I have interviewed with Tesla for 2 roles with 3 different people and none of them turn their cameras ON for a virtual interview. The questions are simple enough but as a candidate, I am supposed to keep the camera ON. A person adjusts to facial clues to understand how the conversation is going and change the pace/diection of their answers, here its nothing. If I have to share the answers to blank space I'll just talk to AI at this point or "this interview can be an email." Even the interviewers sounds clueless when they are asked questions, its just a numbers process, and I feel so annoyed by it.
