I submitted resume directly to their website. Within a week, I got a 30 min phone interview from in house recruiter asking standard questions. The 2nd round within a week later was another 30 min call with Hiring Mgr who asked more technical questions. I heard back from recruiter within 48 hours afterwards.

Interview
I interviewed at Tesla for manufacturing enginneer, battery manuf.
This is hiring manager interview, it started with basic backgorund questions and then went deeper on battery manufacturing. Overall it was a good interview
I had a phone screening with the recruiter. She was very friendly but hasn’t had much of information about the position. Anyway, she has forwarded my CV to the hiring manager and had to answer a questionnaire. Than I’ve received an automated rejection email.
