Two interviews: One phone screening and one group interview in person. I wouldn't worry too much. They hired everyone at the interview and one of the managers didn't even look up the entire time, he was just on his phone

Talked to two service managers and was declined the position for “somebody with more experience”. They could have explained the job with more detail instead of myself asking 15 questions at the end of the interview.
