Absolutely terrible interview experience. The interviewers are trying to leech information from projects worked on with previous employers so they can apply it at Tesla. Be careful what you share at your interview. After that was ghosted by a recruiter. They are acting like they are the only EV company in US. Too much hype zero substance.
Started on the phone with recruiter, moved to Phone interview with Tech lead It moved to plant face to face with lead and had tour and had to set up a simple prototype then final was 5-person interview online (one at a time)
