Bad interview the person seemed so uninterested like she had better places to be then at the interview, did not explain on any company benefits or why i should join or whats the career progresssion when i already mentioned im looking to further grow my career and apart from this is there any growth in the future

Interview is multi level and relatively simple questions after the conditional offer they will preform a background check which will determine if you get the job or not. Company seems well operated from within and values authenticity and basic knowledge of environmental and electric information.

it was three interviews, first was a phone call then two in person interviews with location manager and area manager. they asked me about previous experience and ask me about why im choosing Tesla and other question about past customer interactions.
