The process lasted for a month almost and all of the 4 rounds were technical and based on my resume. It began with the GSM reaching out and asking me questions on concepts of Indirect Procurement and about my experience with it. 2nd and 3rd round was taken by the Sr GSM who gave a Case Study and asked me solve it over the call. In the 3rd round, he tested me on my Excel and Data Visualization skills. 4th round was with the GSM of another team and was again based on my resume.
