Interview
First recruiter call gauged how well of a fit you are to the role. This first recruiter referred me to the hiring manager where I had a 30 minute technical phone call where they asked me in depth questions about my experiences. The hiring manager was kinda cold and the interview didn't really feel like a conversation.
