Phone screen first with HR, then 2 separate half hour technical interview over the phone with engineers from the teams I would be working with. Submitted my resume prior to the the phone screen.

GD&T related questions, how to would call out features on a drawing to make sure two parts mated properly when manufactured? What callouts would you use for different design features/intent?
two rounds of interviews both extremely technical, one being your more usual technical questions for MDE, the other being open ended and more confusing to come up with a clear solution for.

Interview was multi-stage with direct hiring manager and recruiter. Questions focused on technical knowledge for materials and mechanics. Manager stressed a workaholic attitude and no work life balance. Had no interest in candidate only in technical knowledge.
