Completed some information on their website, very tedious process, then submit my CV and answered some questions. A few weeks later got an email that I was not selected but was encouraged to apply again

Quick outreach from the HR recruiter. Had a phone screen with the recruiter and then an interview with hiring manager. Hiring manager was arrogant and did not seem to be interested in my abilities at all. Complete silence after interview and no response to follow up inquiry. Very unprofessional.
