Good, one initial Microsoft Teams Video Interview, with both manager and coworker. The interview was set up by the HR hiring manager. The coworker was a mutual acquaintance. Be prepared to answer why you are interested in the position.
Ho eseguito due colloqui, il primo con HR di circa 30 minuti e dopo la conferma via mail sono passato al secondo di carattere tecnico con il responsabile del dipartimento. Quest'ultimo non era disponibile e ho parlato con una ragazza che svolgeva lo stesso ruolo , mi sono stati richieste diverse domande tecniche e la descrizione della metodologia di risoluzione e miglioramento di processi produttivi nella mia esperienza lavorativa passata.
