The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Tesla (Austin, TX)
Interview
The recruiter called me directly, to talk about the role.
I was sent a test, which was to be completed in a week.
I finished it 4 days later.
It’s been 2 months and every time I contact the recruiter, he says the team is still grading, and then no reply for 3 weeks.
Very very unprofessional and incompetent recruiters.
So disappointed, that they can’t even grade the test, for a candidate they literally called in the middle of a day!

Question 1
Test given, which was completed. No test results at all.
All I get is team is still grading.
Overall the process was way too long and I felt strung along before getting rejected. Here was my process:
Phone screen -> 1st round interview -> 24 hour take-home test -> 2nd round interview -> rejected
The next round would have been the onsite panel interview. The technical interview questions were all pretty straightforward but sometimes the interviewer was looking for a particular unique answer when there were multiple solutions. The take-home test was extensive and took multiple hours to complete. I felt pretty confident after each round but was rejected so I'm not sure what they're looking for.
