There was an initial phone conversation with a recruiter. Then, at the local facility, there were three, half-hour, interviews with direct managers. After the interview there was a two-day lag between learning I had not gained the position.

Called started with an introduction to the company and the role. Asked questions that revolved around my leadership capabilities. I thought I did fairly well as she mentioned she expressed positivity towards some of my answers. I was told I would receive an email a few days later with whether I would be moving forward or not as she had other people to interview. I was completely ghosted and never received a response. I sent 2 follow up emails and was ignored. You typically would expect a higher level of professionalism and etiquette coming from a Sr Recruiting Manager.
