Interview
Interview process was normal but you needed to do a case study.
Staff were friendly however, very long wait times on responses. Had 3 interviews which took 2 months, this is very long for an internship position.
It was very smooth and interesting very solid and good. They actually seem to care about my background and asked good technical questions. Main panel interviews with around 3 to 5 people.
I didn’t appreciate the constant stream of irrelevant questions, especially for a marketing position. It came off as unprepared and distracting, making the conversation feel scattered and unproductive. In a role that demands clarity and focus, this kind of questioning was frustrating and ultimately left a negative impression.

Not bad but the process is really quick as they were really in need for a marketing intern at the moment so it was only 30 mins. They gave me the result two hours after the interview
