Phone interview for 20 minutes asking about general questions and screening. Nothing too crazy but it appeared as if she really wasn't interested in what I had to say right at the start. Never got an email back or update.
There were 4 rounds of interviews (Recruiter, HR, Team). You need to pass all of them to be considered for the role. I felt like they prefer someone who is from region (Berlin)

Interview
I got to the interview, which was supposed ot be the only recruitment step for the position. The interviewer was completely fine. However, I would have appreciated actually receiving an email saying I was not eligible for the position (as I was supposed to), instead of just not hearing from the team anymore. I did not get any reply after emailing the recruiter who was helping me with the process.
