Interview
Thez gave a 90 min technical test and then there were 2 interviews. the test was completely mechanical engineering questions basics of Strengths Of Materials and Machine design. A PDF was sent and it was a open book test.
Horrible experience. It was more of a 1 hour humiliation call than an interview. The man was asking questions non stop and would until he found an area I didn't have a lot of experience (not required or mentioned in the position) and he started asking more about that, even laughed at me.
