Had a phone interview for culture and fit. Went really well and the lady asking me questions was super friendly and ansered all my questions. Even took 10 more minutes to go into depth.

I applied online, it took me 3 weeks to get the first round of interview. after first round of email asking basic work permit questions, the HR arranged a first round of online meeting.
Using either SQL or Python, tasks based on the paint job allocation for several batches of cars must be completed. This was done after 2nd round in which I failed.
