I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tesla (Texas City, TX) in Jan 2024
Interview
The hiring manager just went through the resume and asked some behavioural questions. Also explained what the job details would be. Do you have any electrical experiences... .... .... ... ... .... ... ... ... ..
The interviews for the internship were largely technical with fairly difficult questions; they did not seem to care much about behavioral. The interviewers were hit or miss; some were nice while others were rude and disorganized.
Applied online and got interviews from a few engineers. The interviews I got were all very technical and not very behavioral. The interviewers were a bit of a mixed bag and ranged from friendly and pleasant to rude
