Multiple rounds virtual and in person. Did not give much information on the job itself and the scope. Some of the behavior questions were kind of odd and sounded way too specific for a job that was considered industry standard.

The interview process was fantastic with the questions being good. The interviewers asked questions about the future and sought to understand the experience. I was well prepared for the interview.
Couple of phone screens with a recruiter followed by 2 interviews, one with Service manager & Service Supervisor followed by one with the Regional lead. Little over a month long process for a Service advisor position is wild to me.
