Typical phone screen, video interview with someone unrelated to the position, homework assignment, video interview with hiring manager. Very clearly they had no idea what they were looking for. Not sure the position was real. Every single question I asked them, the answer was "Um, I don't know, we'd have to figure it out I guess." The hiring manager was someone who has never held a real job for more than a few months and I wouldn't be comfortable reporting to her given how inexperienced she is. I was basically running the interview for her. The pay for the Bay Area was awful! Not even competitive and they wanted in-office at least 2x a week. This company's reputation is so far down the toilet, they couldn't pay me enough to come work for them.
