Started with a phone screen from a recruiter, and then several video interviews. Slow response time and unclear overall interview path. Ultimately was not a good fit for the role and did not get an offer.

It's all about knowing the principals of engineering. Make sure you study beams and know all the formulas. They really like to make sure you know all the fundamentals and can ask questions that test your understandings of physics and materials.

How would you go about designing a kettle, break down the design details.
Initially there is a resume screening followed by several technical interviews. Opportunities to present prior work and learnings. Individual interviews by panellists. Finally HR screening rounds happen. Overall enjoyable and interesting process to go through for employment.
