1st interview was a phone interview with hiring manager, asked basic generic interview questions such as what makes tesla special, first principles of tesla, 2nd technical interview with an engineer on video. Asked more technical questions

Explain the current flow in the circuit, op amp questions.
not very good, failed the screening interview with hiring manager. recruiter ghosted afterwards. Questions were C/C++ coding, and was something I already knew. more words to fit the minimum word count.

Question 1
RF questions regarding network connectivity, cellular and wifi. Simple knowledge checks, resume grilling (kind of) and then a C/C++ question. Allowed me to use my language of preference.
I interviewed with Tesla and had a smooth and well-organized experience from the HR side.
The technical round focused on design and scenario-based questions. While the questions were relevant, I found it challenging to fully understand some of the scenarios as they were being explained. I did ask for clarification, but there still seemed to be a communication gap during the discussion. Because of this, I felt my responses may not have reflected my actual technical ability and the situation didn’t fully allow me to perform at my best.
Overall, still a valuable experience and I appreciate the opportunity.
You need to know first principles really well to receive an offer. the way you answer a question matters more. it was a panel interview and took several hours however im glad it went well
