The interview process at Testlio is the worst I've encountered in my career. Trust me, I've been on both sides of the interview process. After the initial screening, I was given an online assessment covering cultural, ethics, problem-solving, and leadership questions, which took nearly 2 hours of my time.
After submitting the assessment, the company didn't even have the courtesy to respond. When I followed up, they shared my assessment results, where I scored 80%. Despite this, I was rejected because I scored 50% in problem-solving.
It's baffling that they judged me on just 1 out of 10 segments, especially when I scored over 80% in all the others. The low score was due to the time constraint, which forced me to rush.
I'm now seriously questioning the credibility of their positive reviews. Don't fall for them—applying to Testlio is a complete waste of time.

Talent Acquisition Manager
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Testlio in Feb 2021
Interview
They contacted me on Linkedin, and then the first call was a long chat with the CTO (~2 hours), talking about the company, the challenges and myself.
The following week I had a call with 2 Engineering Managers (~90 minutes), then a call with the Director of Product (~30 minutes) and a senior engineer (~30 minutes). The last interview was with the CEO (~30 minutes).
A few days later I had a short call with the CTO again, where he gave me feedback and shared the offer details.
A super friendly and kind recruiter handled the communication and supported me throughout the process.
