I found out that Testlio was hiring a Product Designer on LinkedIn. I applied through the Testlio web page and at this stage, I noted the reasons why I would like to join Testlio and which values align with me the most. The interview process was very smooth and I was always contacted right away and was informed of every step that was happening behind the scenes. The process took about 3-4 weeks with about 5 interviews along the way. However, my interview process happened to be in the summer during the time when some employees were on vacation thus resulted in a bit longer 3-4 week process. All the people that interviewed me were very professional and really open about sharing their own experience related to Testlio. Most importantly it felt more like a pleasant conversation rather than being interrogated as it happens in some cases. While interviewing for this position I was working in another country. I was offered the option to work remotely or relocate to Estonia. I decided to relocate to Estonia and had a great and smooth transition to another country. I was supported every step along the way and everything was done really fast. Overall, had an amazing experience and feel really happy about joining Testlio.
