I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Testlio (Hamilton, ON) in Feb 2022
Interview
I saw the job opening in linked-in and applied through the company website. There were four rounds of Interviews/discussions. The first round of the Interview process started with HR screening, and after talking to HR, I felt like I was in the right place and got more curious about the next rounds of interviews. Then got a chance to discuss with the senior leadership team in the next three rounds of interviews. It was the first time I appeared for a Job interview in the last 12 years, and I never expected that interview could be so exciting and relaxed. Each round of discussion was very engaging and informative, and I learned a lot about the company's working culture and values.
These are some of the points that I liked most during this interview process-
1. Prompt response/feedback from HR after each round 2. Amicable interview environment 3. Scenarios-based questions to know the candidate's experience and mindset 4. Feedback after final round ( Not just positive but if any area for improvements ) 5. Outstanding leadership(I felt like I am already part of this team). Overall, It was a great interview experience and one of the key factors for my decision to join Testlio even after I got a lucrative counter offer from my current organization :)
Looking forward to starting the new chapter with this exceptional company.

Mostly towards the background, personality, value fit for the company and scenarios based on real-life examples.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Testlio (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2023
Interview
The process was fairly straight forward. It involved meeting with the HR recruiter and discussing my background and experience, then it moved on to the hiring manager where he gave me more details on the role itself and we dove into more detail about my experience. The next step was completing an exercise where I needed to put together a test plan and then putting a presentation to present in front of a panel. Finally, I spoke with a Director to talk about why I would be a good fit for the team and company. I really enjoyed the process, the people I spoke to were very friendly and there weren't any "gotchas" that you typically see during interviews.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Testlio in Oct 2022
Interview
My interview was fast tracked because of the upcoming holidays. Everyone I talked to were very professional. Although I got to skip one of the interview steps, it's a 5 step process, including a take home exam and a mock client call. Overall, took about 2 weeks to complete.
