Recruiting process consisted of 4 interviews. First one with HR people, to align expectations from both ends, talk about experience, salary, etc. Everything was really clear and I felt very comfortable on it. Second one with an automation engineer. He asked about experience, general QA auotmation questions. Third one with an automation engineer. This one was techincal. I was asked to be ready with a JS environment in order to create some test cases for a given scenario. They let me choose the framework. I felt very comforatble. I was able to ask questions. It wasn't really necessary to do everything perfect, they evaluated the way I solved things. 4th one was with a manager. We talked about experience, expectations, it wasn't strictly techincal but we mentioned automation use cases I have worked in the past. She also answered all my questions and I felt very comfortable.
