Bias is normal, and having a 3rd party tool helps us address any biases we may have. It is part of the interview process, just as a candidate's application, technical exercises, resume, references, and all of the interviews. We don't only rely on a specific task or interview; everything is taken into consideration together to evaluate each individual fully. Interviews. Our interview process has several interviews and tasks. We list out the interview process on all job ads along with a summary of some of the main benefits, details about the role, and information about Testlio as a company. Each interview itself is set up with focus attributes and topic discussions. Everyone involved in interviews is aware of the process and able to speak to the topics that they are assigned to discuss.
