Testlio QA Lead/Senior QA Analyst interview questions

Frustrating to say the least. Right from the beginning, I informed the recruiter about my salary expectations and was told that the budget was sufficient for the position. I then had to finish a TestGorilla online assessment which took me 2 hours to complete. It was not an easy task. Despite this, I received positive results (80% overall). Subsequently, I underwent a technical interview lasting almost two hours which included coding challenges, which I passed. Following that, there was another interview focusing on cultural fit and leadership evaluation which lasted one and a half hours. The day after this interview, I received extremely positive feedback, but the recruiter asked for a call. During the call, which didn't happen for another week, I was informed that they wanted to pay only half of what I had asked for initially. In my opinion, it's best to steer clear of this company.
