MASSIVE WASTE OF TIME. after getting through the initial application where you have to record 3 videos and add a motivation statement you will be invited to an interview. the interview consisted of 2 interviewers, they rushed through the interview which made some communication incomprehensible. Then I was sent a project task to create a whole new business model and product strategy for a new app they want to launch. good way for them to crowd-source ideas. I spent 6 hours on research and putting together my a pitch deck. they will provide you with a vague project description that could be interpreted with multiple scenarios. the whole process took around 3 weeks. in the end they told me they won't move forward with me as there's a part in my presentation they did not like . they did not allow me to clarify my points and just out-right rejected me. I believe that they were only crowd-sourcing ideas, do not waste your time with them. don't give them free work! the job ad was 2 months old at that point with over 100 applicants. hard to believe they can't find anyone. so beware of being exploited for free labor.
