Interview
Initally applied online, following by an online test and a panel discussion with other applicants (7+ people online)
Invited to assessment centre following online discussion: This involved a group discussion task + presentation (again 8+ people working on one task) & an individual interview.
It took them over a month to get back to me (even longer than they initially stated during the assessment centre). The rejection email gave no real or constructive feedback. I followed up, and the contact was unable to give any more detail.
