Casual interview. More of a conversation that the standard boring interview questions. They definitely want to see how you are as a person. Second interview, I asked some more in depth questions and found out that they are very company focused. The family and work/life balance is not a priority to them. You meet the deadlines period. If time off interferes then they likely won't let you off. They made is sound like overtime was expected often. I did not get warm fuzzies after the second interview at all, and I was not going to accept any offers from them. Both of us could tell it was not going to be a good fit. The reviews of the company were not very encouraging either.
