Pleasant interview. Only one interview, took about 2 weeks to hear back and accepted offer. HR is very helpful and interview lasted about 45 minutes with many behavioral questions.

Managers were nice, and I felt comfortable. They asked common behavioral questions about how you handle conflict, what’s care means to you , previous mistakes and what outcomes from it.

Describe a time you had to work with a difficult patient and how did you deal with it?
The interview had a lot of situational based questions, phrased as "tell me about a time when...". The questions weren't too hard, be prepared with stories from clinical or work experiences.
