I interviewed with the nursing manager and supervisor about three days after applying. They started by introducing the organization, and I followed up with my introduction. They took a turn asking behavior situation questions, about eight questions, if I remember right. They were nice, but the hiring process took a while.

Received a call to schedule an interview by their talent department. Once scheduled, interview was conducted in person at the unit I applied for. After a couple of days I received a call back with an offer by their talent department.

they send you a pre-screen form through email that you have to complete all the questions like a match process and send back to the recruiter through email which they don't respond to or update you on your status of the application so you just end up figuring out weeks months later you didn't get it
