I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Texas Instruments
Interview
Three rounds consisting of an on-demand, a 1-on-1 phone interview, and a phone interview panel with two company executives. Everyone was super pleasant throughout the process and seemed genuinely interested in me as an employee and an individual. That being said, the interview process was a complex and comprehensive overview of my resume, prior work experience, and everything I'd done to build my personal brand. The interviewers seemed impressed that I had taken the time to review their own experience on LinkedIn.
